Applicant should submit Application Form for Overseas Students of Weifang Vocational College together with all other documents required to our email wzgjc@163.com , our teacher will contact you by email in 10 work days.
（1）护照复印件 Photocopy of passport;
（2）最后学历、学位证书复印件 Photocopy of highest education and degree certificate;
（3）高中或大学的成绩单及其复印件Transcript of high school or university and its copy;
（4）汉语水平考试（HSK）证书复印件（如已考出证书请提交）Copy of HSK certificate(if you have obtained the certificate, please submit it);
（5）学习、工作经历证明复印件 Photocopy of academic and work experience certificate;
（6）体检表原件Original physical examination form;
（7）无犯罪记录单Certificate of no criminal record;
（8）8张近期护照用免冠白底照片8 bareheaded white background recent photos for passport;
（9）担保人或机构出具的担保人身份证明复印件（未满18岁者提交）A copy of the guarantor's identity certificate issued by the guarantor or institution
(submitted by students who are under 18 years old).
不完整的申请表或未能按照要求交验有关材料，将会延误对此申请入学的审理时间。
