（1）Photocopy of passport;
（2） Photocopy of highest education and degree certificate;
（3）Transcript of high school or university and its copy;
（4）Copy of HSK certificate(if you have obtained the certificate, please submit it);
（5） Photocopy of academic and work experience certificate;
（6）Original physical examination form;
（7）Certificate of no criminal record;
（8）8 bareheaded white background recent photos for passport;
（9）A copy of the guarantor's identity certificate issued by the guarantor or nstitution
(submitted by students who are under 18 years old).
An incomplete application or the failure to submit supporting documents will delay the process of your application.
