I. About WFVC
Weifang Vocational College (WFVC) is located in the City of Weifang, Shandong Province, which is the World’s Kite Capital and a tourism city in China. There are two campuses of Binhai and Kuiwen, covering an area of 1.6 km² with a building size of 0.75 km². WFVC is a public full-time vocational college approved by the People’s Government of Shandong, enjoying a history of more than 60 years. The college consists of 10 full-time schools, such as Information Engineering School and International Business School, and several interdisciplinary institutes, such as International Education School, offering 7 undergraduate programs of “3+2” segmented education and 45 diploma programs. There are over 20,000 full-time students at the college. WFVC had won the honorable title of National Top 50 of International Influence for 3 years in a row.
WFVC have started to enroll international students since 2014. Up to now, more than 1,300 students from over 30 countries such as South Korea, the US, Russia and Kazakhstan have studied here.

Ⅲ. Duration: 3 years
IV. Application Requirements
1. Candidate should be above 18 years old to 25 years old
2. Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport, and meet the requirements of the document No.12 [2020] issued by the Ministry of Education of China
3. Candidate must have obtained the senior high school graduation certificate, and will be selected according to the scores of the highest education
V. Required Documents (Documents which are not originally written in Chinese must be attached with certified Chinese or English translation)
1. Certified copy of senior high school graduation certificate or equivalent diploma (fresh graduate could submit pre-graduation certificate first)
2. Certified copy of transcript of senior high school or equivalent
3. University student should submit the certified copy of transcript of all the courses that have been studied in university
4. Two recommendation letters
5. Study plan
6. HSK 4 certificate (if have)
7. Passport information page (valid for at least two years)
8. Candidate who is already in China should submit the visa page and residence permit page of passport and a document describing your performance issued by your current school
9. Photo (white background, passport size, in JPG format).
10. Guarantee statement (see attachment) & bank asset certification (over RMB 4,500)
11. Physical examination record for foreigner

VI. Application Date: From March 1st to July 15th；Students applying for international student scholarships must complete the applications by May 30th.
VII. Application Procedure
Visit the International Students Application System: sdwfvc.at0086.cn/student, and register with your e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you finish registration. Click the link in the e-mail to activate your account. Then upload your documents in the system. 360 browser or Chrome is recommended
VIII. Admission
1. Candidate will be informed by email for an online interview if the submitted documents are qualified
2. The admission result will be sent to you by email
3. The offer letter will be mailed to you between July and August

XI. Insurance
All the international students are required to purchase the Comprehensive Insurance Plan of Foreign Students according to the Ministry of Education of China. Students who do not have valid insurance are not allowed to register. The insurance is 800RMB/year provided by Ping An Insurance Company. Please visit www.lxbx.net. to get the detailed information such as the clauses, insurance liability, claim method and download related materials.
XII. Scholarship
WFVC is funded by Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship. There are full scholarship and partial scholarship. The full scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, basic living expenses and comprehensive insurance. Partial scholarship covers some parts of above mentioned items.The application time for international students’ scholarships is from March to May each year.

Chinese Language Program for International Students
I. About WFVC
Weifang Vocational College (WFVC) is located in the City of Weifang, Shandong Province, which is the World’s Kite Capital and a tourism city in China. Comprehensive Chinese, Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Chinese Culture and HSK4 tutoring.
