I.About WFVC

Weifang Vocational College(WFVC)is located intheCityofWeifang, Shandong Province,which is theWorld’sKite Capitalanda tourismcity in China. There aretwocampuses of Binhai and Kuiwen, covering an area of 1.6km² with a building size of 0.5km².WFVCis a public full-time vocational college approved by the People’s Government of Shandong, enjoyinga history of more than 60 years. Thecollegeconsists of10full-timeschools, such asInformation EngineeringSchoolandInternational BusinessSchool, andseveralinterdisciplinary institutes, such asInternational EducationSchool,offering50diploma’s programsand 3 bachelor’s degree programs. There areover20,000 full-time studentsat the college.WFVC had won the honorable title of National Top 50 of International Influence for 3 years in a row.    

WFVChave startedtoenrollinternationalstudentssince 2014. Up to now, more than1,000students fromover20 countries such as South Korea, the US, Russia and Kazakhstan have studied here.

2.Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport, and meettherequirements of thedocument No.12 [2020] issued by the Ministry ofEducationof China    

3.Candidatemust have obtained the senior high schoolgraduation certificate, andwill be selected according tothescores of thehighesteducation

1.Certified copy of senior high school graduation certificate or equivalentdiploma (fresh graduate could submit pre-graduation certificatefirst)    

2. Certified copy of transcript of senior high school or equivalent    

3.University studentshould submit thecertified copy oftranscript of all the courses that have been studied in university    

4.Two recommendation letters

6.HSK 4 certificate (if have)    

7.Passportinformation page(validfor at leasttwoyears)    

8.Candidatewho is already in China should submit the visapageand residence permitpage of passportand a document describing your performance issued by your current school

VI. ApplicationDeadline:30th Juneof every year；Students applying for international student scholarships must complete the applications by May 1.

VII. Application Procedure

Visit the International Students Application System:sdwfvc.at0086.cn/student, and register with your e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you finish registration. Click the link in the e-mail to activate your account. Then upload your documents in the system. 360 browser or Chrome is recommended

XI.Insurance

All the international students are required to purchase the ComprehensiveInsurance Plan of Foreign Studentsaccording tothe Ministry of Educationof China. Students who do not have valid insurance are not allowed to register. The insuranceis800RMB/yearprovided by Ping An InsuranceCompany. XII.Scholarship

WFVC is funded byShandong Provincial Government Scholarship.There arefull scholarship and partial scholarship.The full scholarshipcoverstuition, accommodation, basic living expenses and comprehensive insurance.Partialscholarshipcoverssome parts of above mentioned items.The application time forinternationalstudents’ scholarships isfrom March toMay each year.
