2023年度潍坊职业学院山东省政府国际学生奖学金（新生）评选通知

根据《潍坊职业学院山东省政府国际学生奖学金管理办法》文件要求，结合学院实际，近期将开展2023年度国际学生奖学金的评审工作，具体安排如下：  

一、申请对象

本院正式在读2023级国际学生  

二、奖学金类型

全额奖学金  

部分奖学金  

三、申请时间

2023年11月1日至2023年11月8日  

四、申请条件

1.遵守中国法律法规及学院管理规定，无违法违纪等不良记录；  

2.热爱学习，表现优异；  

3.积极参加课内外文化活动及比赛；  

4.出勤率高于85%；  

5.参照《潍坊职业学院山东省政府国际学生奖学金管理办法》其他条件。  

五、申请材料

（一）《潍坊职业学院山东省国际学生奖学金申请表》；  

（二）出勤证明；  

（三）宿舍管理及卫生评分情况；  

（四）获奖证明；  

（五）其他支持材料。  

逾期未提交者视作自动放弃奖学金评选资格。  

六、申请方式

请将申请材料提交至国际教育学院留学生管理办公室。  

七、确定获奖

按照评选条件，依据“积分制”学生个人积分和学习成绩综合排序，由学生所在班级任课教师、辅导员等综合评审，由国际教育学院会同有关部门确定获得奖学金人员名单，提交学院审批。获奖学生名单于2023年11月通过本网站公示一周，公示期满且无异议者方可获得奖学金资助资格。

Ⅰ. Who Can Apply

Current international students who are officially studying at theCollegeand registered at the yearsof 2023.  

II. Scholarship Type

Full Scholarship  

Partial Scholarship  

III. Application Period

From November 1, 2023 to November 8, 2023  

IV. ApplicationRequirements

1. Comply with Chinese laws and regulations and college management regulations, no violation of law and discipline andno record of bad behavior;  

2.Excellentacademicperformance;  

3. Actively participate inactivities and competitions;  

4. Attendancerateis higher than 85%;  

5. Refer toShandong Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students of Weifang Vocational College ManagementRegulationsfor other conditions.

Ⅴ.ApplicationDocuments

(1) Application Form of Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students of Weifang Vocational College;  

(2)Attendance certificate;  

(3) Dormitory management scores;  

(4) Award certificate;  

(5) Other supporting materials.  

Those who fail to submitdocumentswithin the time limit will be deemed to be automatically disqualified from the scholarshipapplication.  

Ⅵ. How to Apply

Please submit the applicationdocumentsto the International Student Management Office of the School of International Education.  

Ⅶ.Announcement of Results

Theteachers and counselor of the students willevaluatethe documents according to the students’scores and academic achievements. The SchoolofInternational Educationand otherrelevant departments will determine the list of scholars and submit it to theCollege for approval. The list will be published on this website for one week in October 2023, and those whoreceiveno objection will be eligible for the scholarship.
