In order to care for the mental health of international students, on the afternoon of September 29, the School of International Education organized 12 international students to carry out psychological group counseling activities at the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center of Kuiwen Campus.
During the activity, Wang Li, a professional psychological counselor of the School of International Business, carefully designed a variety of interactive games to guide students to open their hearts and share their feelings with each other. In the Eurocard game, everyone enhanced communication and understanding by describing their feelings about the cards. The students actively participated and continued to understand their hearts in the activity. After the activity, international students said that this activity made them understand themselves better and learned how to better respect others. I believe this will be of great help in their future life.
This activity not only provides international students with an opportunity to relax and relieve stress, but also further promotes communication and exchanges among international students. In the future, the School of International Education will continue to work with the Student Affairs Office of the Youth League Committee to pay attention to the mental health of international students, carry out more colorful activities, and create a positive, harmonious and stable atmosphere.
