为生动展现留学生在潍学习生活的成长故事，捕捉跨文化视野下的春日新生气象，弘扬积极向上的青春力量，国际教育学院特举办 “春越镜界·留影新生” 摄影、视频比赛。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、比赛主题
春越镜界·留影新生——镜头里的跨文化之春
聚焦留学生活中自然与人文的交融、个体与世界的对话，通过镜头记录：
春意新生：潍坊的春日景致（如风筝、樱花、校园晨光等）；
成长印记：跨文化适应的温暖瞬间（课堂、友谊、节日体验等）；
跨界对话：故乡与他乡的文化碰撞（服饰、饮食、习俗对比等）。
二、参赛对象
国际教育学院全体留学生
三、作品要求
（一）题材内容
主题鲜明，需紧扣 “春越镜界·留影新生”，体现留学生活的多元文化融合与个人成长；
内容真实，富有感染力，拒绝摆拍或过度修饰；
作品需附作品名称（中英或中俄）。
（二）作品规格
摄影组
格式：JPG/JPEG，单幅≥5MB（相机）或≥2MB（手机）；
数量：单图或组图（1-3张），组图需逻辑连贯；
创作时间：2025年1月1日后拍摄。
视频组
格式：MP4，横屏（16:9）或竖屏（9:16）均可；
时长：15秒-5分钟，需配中/英文字幕或旁白；
分辨率：≥1080P，画面稳定、声音清晰。
四、时间安排
作品提交：即日起至2024年5月15日
评审公示：2024年5月16日-5月20日
颁奖展览：2024年5月下旬
五、投稿方式

六、奖项设置
摄影组：一等奖1名、二等奖3名、三等奖5名；
视频组：一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名。
获奖者颁发证书,优秀作品将放置宣传栏进行展示。
七、注意事项
作品须为原创，严禁抄袭或侵犯他人肖像权、著作权；
主办方有权在宣传推广中使用参赛作品（非商用）；

Announcement on the "Spring Through the Lens: Stories of Growth" Photography & Video Competition by the School of International Education
To vividly showcase the growth stories of international students in Weifang, capture the cross-cultural vitality of spring, and celebrate the positive energy of youth, the School of International Education is pleased to announce the "Spring Through the Lens: Stories of Growth" Photography & Video Competition. Details are as follows:
I. Competition Theme
Spring Through the Lens: Stories of Growth — Cross-Cultural Spring in Focus
Focus on the integration of nature and culture, and the dialogue between individuals and the world through the lens. Submissions may include:
Spring Rebirth: Weifang’s spring scenery (e.g., kites, cherry blossoms, campus mornings);
Journey of Growth: Cross-cultural adaptation moments (classrooms, friendships, festivals);
Cultural Dialogues: Contrasts between hometown and host cultures (traditions, food, customs).

III. Submission Requirements
(A) Content Guidelines
Submissions must align with the theme "Spring Through the Lens: Stories of Growth", reflecting multicultural integration and personal growth;
Authentic and emotionally resonant content; staged or overly edited works are discouraged;
Entries must include name(Chinese/English bilingual captions or Chinese/Russian bilingual captions).
(B) Technical Specifications
Photography Category
Format: JPG/JPEG, single image ≥5MB (camera) or ≥2MB (mobile);
Quantity: Single or series (1-3 images); series must convey a cohesive narrative;
Capture date: Taken after January 1, 2025.
Video Category
Format: MP4, landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16) accepted;
Duration: 15 seconds – 5 minutes, with Chinese/English subtitles or narration;
Resolution: ≥1080P, stable footage, and clear audio.
IV. Timeline
Submission deadline: May 15th , 2025
Judging & results: May 16–20th, 2025
Awards & exhibition: Late May 2025

Entries must be original; plagiarism or infringement of copyright is prohibited;
The organizer reserves the right to use entries for non-commercial promotion;
